Filling Instructions

Follow these steps carefully — your oil will thank you.

1. Before You Fill
• Recommended fill temperature: ~122°F (50°C). Warmer is sometimes necessary for thicker oils, but too hot increases leakage risk.
• Target oil viscosity: ~1,000 cps at fill time.
• Filling needle diameter: 2.0mm or less. 

2. Filling
• Insert the filling needle vertically into the filling hole, keeping it centered. Insert just beneath the silicone end surface—too deep or too shallow and it may get messy.
• Fill slowly and steadily. Rushing it causes overflow. Patience is a virtue, especially with live resin.
• Do not inject oil into the airway holes—those are for air, not oil!
• Max fill volumes: no more than 1.0g or 2.0g respective to the tank size. Do not overfill. We repeat: do not overfill.
• Remove the filling needle vertically when done. Wipe any excess oil from the needle before the next fill.

3. Capping
• Pre-install the mouthpiece onto the device, ensuring it’s vertically centered.
• Press the mouthpiece into place.
• Cap within 2–3 minutes of filling to prevent leakage.
• Fill and cap one device at a time for best results.
