Shipping Information
How much is shipping?

U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 USD for standard shipping or $12.95 USD for express shipping. Canada shipping is a flat rate of CA$9.99. We also ship to many other countries globally. See the checkout page to learn if we ship to your country and for a shipping price quote.

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes, always. There will be no way to know the contents of your package until it's opened. The shipping label will have your address, as well as ours which says "VPM". There is no mention of vapes or vaporizers.

How long does delievery take?

We process and ship orders six days a week, this helps ensure your package is delivered as fast as possible.
Inside the US, standard shipping typically takes, on average, 4 – 7 business days, and express shipping takes 2 – 4 business days.
In Canada, shipping takes about 2-7 business days.
For international orders, shipping times can range from 3 – 10 business days.

When will I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order (But keep in mind, we don't ship Saturday). Please check your spam folder if the email did not make it to your inbox.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to about a dozen international destinations outside of North America, which you can find listed on the checkout page. Delivery outside of North America usually takes 3-7 business days, but varies depending on how long customs takes to process and release the package.

Is billing discreet?

Absolutely. Your bank or credit card statments will say “VPM”. There will be no mention of vapes or vaporizers.

Do you accept PayPal?

No. PayPal does not accept vaporizer related transactions.
